Shipping and Return Policies

• Our items are custom made and ship within 2-4 weeks , sometimes sooner. Please contact us if you need your items by a certain date and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
  A $25.00 rush fee may apply and overnight shipping fees.
• All orders begin production process immediately upon receipt of payment.  
• Our workmanship is guaranteed, we will replace or repair any item due to a mistake we have made during craftmenship. 
  
• Our items are custom made at the time of purchase.  There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for any custom or personalized order.
   There will be no cash/credit refunds of any type. 
  Shipping is non refundable.
  
• Once the package is picked up by the delivery service Lovely Stitches is not responsible if the services do not deliver packages in time. The delivery service times are not something we at Lovely Stitches can control.
• Our bags and accessories are artfully designed and sewn with much attention to detail. We use high-quality decorator fabrics and coordinating linings which are interfaced for strength and durability, and subtle details are added that make the bag unique. Slight variations in bag styles size, trims and fabrics are potential and are not considered workmanship defects.
  
• We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accomodate special requests if you would like us to create something for you.
